Prerequisites

Framework

The following versions of the OTRS framework are supported:

For Znuny LTS versions from 6.0.35 use module version 6.1.2

Modules

  • InBox Core 6.24.7 or superior

In case of Znuny installations use:

Installation

bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin::Package::Install /path/to/InBox\ AppointmentCalendarAndResources-6.1.2.opm

No additional configuration required

Use

Adding resource fields

Now, in the appointment record, 2 new fields will be added:

  • Assigned Engineer: lists system agents

  • Applicant Engineer: lists system customers users

After registering the fields above, you can view them on the card:

Resource view

By clicking on the "Calendar -> Resource View" menu, it is possible to see the resources agents and the appointments.
